How can I issue restricted stock to employees?
You can use our Hiring products to issue restricted stock to new or existing employees. To get started:

Click
Teams in the main navigation bar.

Select the team for the company.

Click
Overview in the sub-navigation bar to open the team overview page.

Click the
Issuance tile.

Click
Employee.
Note: If the company hasn’t already adopted a stock plan, you’ll be prompted to complete the paperwork for it before proceeding.

Select whether you’d like to issue restricted stock to a new or existing employee.
Note: If you want to issue restricted stock to a new employee, you’ll be prompted to complete new employee paperwork.

Restricted Stock.

Start Paperwork.

Start Document Set and then fill out the required information for the document set.
