Do I have to use expedited filing with Delaware?

Yes. Expedited filing is the only option we offer right now.

We've hard-wired the expedited filing because standard filing times are unpredictable and can take several weeks. Expedited filing gives predictability at only a slight additional cost, and it's what all major startup law firms use.
