Once the Delaware Secretary of State returns the filed certificate of incorporation to us, we upload it to our system. You'll receive an email letting you know that you can proceed with the rest of the formation checklist, which will have the filed certificate of incorporation attached as well. You can also download the filed certificate of incorporation at any time by opening the incorporation document set from your dashboard.
