How do I resend a signature request?

There are two ways to resend a signature request:

From Your Dashboard

The quickest way to resend a signature request is by clicking the corresponding Resend icon on a document set from your dashboard.

From your dashboard, find the document set that you want to resend a signature request for. Document set on dashboard

Click the Resend icon (the circular arrow) below the email address you want to send a signature request to. Resend icon below email address on dashboard

From Your Document Set Workflow

You can also resend a signature request from the Request Signatures step in your workflow for the document set.

Click the Resend icon for the person you want to send a signature request to. If you want to resend all outstanding signature requests, click the Send All Requests button. Resend icon and Send All Requests button in Request Signatures step in document set workflow

Please note that only the recipient of a signature request and the person who started the document set can resend signature requests.

If you are the person who started the document set, you can resend any outstanding signature requests. Doing so will reset the 30-day expiration clock on the signature requests.

If you are a recipient of a signature request, you can resend it to yourself as long as the request has not yet expired. If the signature request has expired, you will need to get the person who started the document set to resend it to you.
