How do I change the email address for a signature request?

Only the person who started the document set can change an email address for a signature request. If you didn’t start the document set, please ask the person who did to change the email address for you.

Open the document set. You should see your workflow, with a list of steps. Step list in left sidebar If you see the document set summary instead, just click Back to Workflow. Click Back to Workflow

From your workflow, go to the Request Signatures step. Request Signatures step on document set workflow step list

Change the email address for the signature request. Email address text field in Request Signatures step in document set workflow

To send the signature request to the new email address, click on the More (···) menu in the upper right-hand corner and select Send Individual Request. Send Individual Request button in Request Signatures step in document set workflow
